Bana Athletics Return Policy
Returns for items purchased through bana-athletics.com are FREE within the first 30 days from delivery with proof of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the Bana Athletics proof of purchase.
How do I Make a Return?
Every order arrives with a packing slip, return form and label. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply complete and include the return form with your items, stick the label on the outside of your package and drop off at any US post office if in the USA.
What if I don’t have my return label or form?
If you don’t have your label please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and items to return we will then email you a label and form to print within 24 hours.
All bana-athletics.com returns are processed for a refund issued to the original method of payment.
It takes 7-14 business days to process all returns once shipped back to Bana. This includes 5-10 business days for return shipping and processing once back to Bana. Upon processing your return, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund. It can take up to 5 business days for your refund to post depending on your financial institution. Please note we are unable to process your refund if we do not have the items returned.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges through bana-athletics.com. If you would like to get an item in another size or color simply send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order on bana-athletics.com. We find this the fastest and most efficient way for you to get your replacement item. If at anytime the price for the item has changed please contact customer service and we will price match the original price paid.
