Hey there welcome to Bana Athletics! Were making some changes to how we operate =)

We at Bana Athletics prides itself on producing nothing but the best USA made athletic apparel for both men and women. We will never change that ever! As many know we have always produced products on demand and custom made just for you. In some cases orders would not ship for up to 2 weeks. What have we learned? Everyone loves the look, the fit, the feel of our products but don't like to wait for their Bana gear to arrive and we don't blame you at all so were changing that and found a great way for you to save some money on USA made active wear. Moving forward here is how Bana will operate and make sure you get your gear fast:

  • PRE ORDERS & NEW ARRIVALS 50% OFF-  The specially marked down items are getting ready for production and usually ship within 2 weeks or by the estimated date in the item description. Because of that you get to save 50% on these items.
  • IN PROCESS 25% OFF- Items marked IN PROCESS are items currently in production and not yet in stock. These items ship typically inside of 2 weeks. Because of that you get to save 25% off on these items.
  • IN STOCK- These are in stock ready to ship within 1-2 business days.

If your order contains items that are marked PRE ORDER and IN STOCK we will ship all in stock items right away and notify you when the rest ships.

Shipping & Delivery

All US and most international orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is processed and ready for shipping you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Most orders arrive in 2-3 business days after your items have shipped unless you have paid for faster shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping is flat rated per shipping address. Please allow 7-21 business days for international shipping as each country’s delivery system is different. Payment of customs fees or duties is the sole responsibility of the recipient and is due at the time of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Want to return something? Not a problem? Please click here and fill out our returns form within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return for a full refund this must be done within 14 days. You have 30 days to return any un worn in new condition items for store credit or exchange. All items are warrantied for 1 year against defects and will be exchanged for same or similar items.

Returns can take up to 2-10 business days to arrive at our warehouse and checked in by our returns department. Once we have received and checked in your items we will process your refund within 1 business day and we’ll email you your refund receipt. All refunds go back on the original form of payment.

Our #1 goal is to provide you with a great customer experience and your 100% satisfaction is our top priority, we greatly appreciate all of our valued customers.

Please Check your order and items ordered any items marked the following will have different shipping times. We will routinely split ship multiple item orders to better serve you and get in stock items to you as fast as possible.

I WAS CHARGED FOR MY ORDER BUT I’VE YET TO RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive your tracking right away. If you ever want to get an update on your order please email info@banagear.com or fill out our contact form below and we will be more than happy to assist.

WHY ISN’T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?

Often tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to begin to work. If after 1 business day your tracking is still not working, please contact us right away to address the matter.

LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT SIZE, WHERE CAN I FIND A SIZING CHART?

If you click on the “about us” tab you will find a sizing chart page for all items. If for any reason your item when it arrives doesn’t fit we offer a hassle free and free returns/exchanges.
